Scott K Ginsburg
Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors
An industry veteran, Scott Ginsburg has a solid history of developing highly focused, world-class teams and initiating innovative business solutions to advance industries. Mr. Ginsburg joined DG in December 1998, and his dedication to our customers and his team is without parallel in this industry. Previously Mr. Ginsburg served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Chancellor Media Corporation. He founded Evergreen Media Corporation in 1988, and was the co-founder of Statewide Broadcasting and H&G Communications.
Neil Nguyen
President and Chief Executive Officer
Neil Nguyen has over 10 years of senior leadership experience in the media, entertainment and advertising sectors. An accomplished corporate strategist, his vision and expertise have produced a highly successful track record in the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives, generating major financial returns. With expertise in operations and sales execution, he has been recognized for successfully delivering critical results throughout his career. Neil previously served as President of Point.360’s MultiMedia Group and also served in various senior management roles in the DG network, including EVP, Strategic Planning and VP Global Sales & Business Development.
Craig Holmes
Chief Financial Officer
Craig Holmes brings 18 years of management expertise in the technology and software sectors to Digital Generation. Prior to joining DG, Craig Holmes was most recently CFO of privately-held Quickoffice, Inc. which he helped position for a successful sale to Google, Inc. in June 2012. Over his career, Craig provided advisory and consulting services at Enfora Inc., a privately held global manufacturing and software development company; served as CFO for Intervoice, Inc., a NASDAQ traded global software and services company; was CFO at EXCEL Communications, a NYSE traded communications services company; and served as CFO at two start-ups in the software development and internet services space, EpicRealm and Masergy Communications. Mr. Holmes began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he rose to Partner. Craig Holmes holds a Masters and a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
Ricky Liversidge
Chief Marketing Officer
Ricky Liversidge is DG’s Chief Marketing Officer. In that capacity, Ricky heads DG's efforts to bring its integrated campaign management platform to advertisers around the world. He is responsible for all of product, marketing and corporate communications. Ricky came to DG following seventeen years with Adobe, where most recently he was VP of Product Marketing for Media Solutions.
Andy Ellenthal
Executive Vice President of Sales and Ad Operations
Andy Ellenthal is DG’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Ad Operations for both the TV and Online divisions. Andy comes to DG with deep management experience in advertising technology companies including holding key leadership roles at quadrantONE, PointRoll and DoubleClick. Prior to his current role, Andy was responsible for setting and overseeing strategy and growth in sales, clients, products and technology innovations for Peer39, which was recently acquired by DG.
